I really don't see how that's a bad thing. They just got rid of players that we didn't need and now we have cap room to get a good free agent. Greatest thing the cowboys just did.
Roy Williams showed last season why he is still worth the pay. If I was a cowboy fan, I'd rather have Roy Williams on the starting squad then not. And Barber isnt a bad back either....
LOLOLOLOLOLOLNO
Roy Williams is not worth the pay and sucks. He costs us so many games already and the Saints game where he had it won he cost us. He has not developed and is just meh. We have better WRs and can get another good one if we choose. Same with Barber. He hasn't developed and is just a mediocre RB now. He's a good 3rd down back and goal back but that's about it. Jones, Choice, and Murray will do better.
Roy Williams showed he could be a good player at the beginning of the year when Romo was starting. Weren't you still on his band wagon when he got five td's in four games? I was starting to. But then down goes Romo and he only catches I think 16 balls the rest of the year. The only one worth keeping was Leonard Davis, but he's dropped significantly since he got his big contract in 07.

This. You're only as good of a WR as the QB whose throwing to you. Romo is a great QB, one of the best... You can't lose Romo and not expect to see a major drop off in your production at WR.
The Miami Dolphins are among a handful of teams engaged in contract negotiations with Denver Broncos quarterback Kyle Orton, who expects to be traded by week's end. The Dolphins appear to be the front runner for Orton, who teamed with Brandon Marshall in 2009, helping the two-time Pro Bowler catch 101 passes for 1,120 yards and 10 touchdowns in the 15 games they played together. Orton, who will turn 28 in November, has started 51 NFL games and possesses a 32-29 record.

if thats the case then i can't imagine how good calvin johnson will be if he ever gets to have a full season with 1 qb lol...thats why i don't get why people try and say AJ is better then him....calvin has put up basically the same numbers while being thrown to by 2 or 3 different qb's every year

good news for miami is this happens. Buffalo should have been trying to get Orton hard.

@ Michael Lombardi I am sure Houston is involved as well in Asomugha, but it sounds like SF and NY are in the lead right now.. ...wut?
Yeah haha. Jets are going hard after him right now and with Revis and Asomugha in the backfield god damn.... but SF is pushing hard for him to and I don't think he wants to leave Cali. So the bay area would be a good fit for him as well.
Yeah, but the 49ers aren't free agency players at all. They're letting their own free agents escape like crazy. This is like hearing Richard Simmons is gonna fuck Jessica Alba. I just don't get it.
