Not lucky. We played a good game the last quarter, we could have very well tied it and went into OT.
lol! you fucking kidding me? The score should have been 35-0 at one point. GB kept fucking themselves over. I mean they ran all over the Bears and the Packs don't even have a running game(well now they do ). Come on now. The game wasn't even close.
The score should have been 35-0 at one point? Is there a new 21 point play that i'm not aware of yet? GB made some mistakes, but so did the Bears. The bottom line is GB got lucky they got out of there alive against a team led by their 3rd string QB. The Bears could have very easily tied or won that game. It doesn't matter. They lost and it's over but GB's "great offense" and "great QB" scored 0 points in the second half and in 3 games vs the Bears this year they averaged 13 points per game.
Chad Ochocinco says he's changing his name again. This time, he's going back to Chad Johnson.
Ochocinco, appearing on ESPN's "NFL Live" on Tuesday, called the name change fun, but said it's time for a change.
"I don't have a choice right now," Ochocinco told ESPN's Trey Wingo. "I've done enough with the Ocho thing."
He said that the change isn't done yet, but it will be.
The Cincinnati Bengals wideout originally changed his legal surname from Johnson to Ochocinco before the 2008 season in order to wear his nickname on his jersey.
Johnson originally gave himself the Ocho moniker in 2006 as an allusion to his No. 85.
green bay's punter won that game...if the bears wouldn't have had there back against the wall the whole time cutler was in there i think they would have won
its true...i mean rodgers is good....but he's not god...he's lucky he got away with the first pick that was a horrible throw...and he's ultra lucky he tackled urlacher on the second horrible throw
NEW YORK -- NFL commissioner Roger Goodell will cut his salary to $1 if there is a work stoppage after the collective bargaining agreement expires in March.
Mike and Mike in the Morning
NFLPA president Kevin Mawae says the players and owners aren't any further along on a new CBA than they were in November.
Goodell, who makes about $10 million a year including bonuses, said in a memo to his staff Wednesday that chief negotiator Jeff Pash will do the same. Pash makes nearly $5 million a year.
Goodell also has asked the league's compensation committee to delay any bonus payments to him until after a deal is reached with the NFL Players Association.
"Let me emphasize that we are fully committed to doing everything possible to reach a new collective bargaining agreement without any disruption to our business," Goodell said. "The entire senior leadership team stands with me in its commitment to resolving the CBA issues with the player's union.
"While several other executives have also volunteered to make additional reductions to their compensation, I have asked them not to take that step at this time as we continue our negotiating efforts."
NFL owners opted out of the agreement in 2008.
Union chief DeMaurice Smith has predicted the league will lock out the players after the March 4 expiration of the contract with the league.
I'm not sure if this belong here or the wrestling thread... probably both.
"CHAD OCHOCINCO VS. HEAD COACH MARVIN LEWIS IN A STEEL CAGE MATCH?
Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling offers to host the bout at the “Lockdown” Pay-Per-View event on Sunday, April 17
As the NFL’s Super Bowl draws near, one of the year's major football news stories has been the ongoing rivalry between Cincinnati Begals wide receiver Chad Ochocinco and his head coach, Marvin Lewis.
The ill-will between the head coach and his star player has reportedly been an ongoing issue, and now Ochocinco has challenged Lewis to put an end to their differences once and for all – not on the gridiron field of the NFL, but inside a steel cage!
On Monday, Ochocinco posted the following message to his Twitter account (twitter.com/ochocinco), responding to Adam Schefter of ESPN: "Me and Marvin Lewis in a cage match, set it up, I've earned my stripes on my helmet it's time to fight then play"
As a result, Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling has offered to host Ochocinco vs. Lewis inside a Steel Cage at their annual “Lockdown” event on April 17, which will air live on Pay-Per-View!
“Lockdown” features every match contested inside a 15-foot reinforced steel cage, making it the only all-steel cage Pay-Per-View event in professional wrestling.
If Ochocinco and Lewis agree to settle their differences, TNA Wrestling officials will work with their representatives to sanction the bout, as well as train both combatants in the weeks leading up to the match."
I think we all know that won't happen.

Lewis won't do it at all.
