I just think it's like the silliest thing to say the Lions don't have. They literally could use help at every other position, and it's a completely devalued one. Stafford will continue being glass with that OL, and they'll give up 25 PPG. But man, that empty running back spot is just staring them in the face. Bush and Leshoure are more than enough.

I know Mayhew said they anticipate starting Reiff at LT, but who's starting RT?
Warford is great for them, but he'll improve the run game a lot more than the pass game. What's the deal with the secondary? Where'd they get better there, besides Slay? Slay might not be a plug and play starter. I just don't see a secondary that's much improved.

Hilliard and Fox will compete for it, but no one knows how good they will be yet. Quin is an improvement over any of the safeties they had last year. Even if Delmas gets hurt again, they will have one competent safety. Houston is at worst a very good no. 2 corner. Bentley showed promise last year before he got hurt, Green improved, and we have yet to see Greenwood because he missed the season. I don't necessarily think Slay needs to come in and start for the secondary to be better. Guys just need to stay healthy.
reggie bush is as much a running back as devin hester is a reciever /:)
Even if he doesn't rush for the yards he did in Miami, he fits what the Lions were missing with Best. Don't forget that LeShoure and Bell were a pretty decent combination last year, and they're still very young.
We have been grooming fox to e one of our starting tackles since we drafted him... Probablyy would have taken the right tackle spot last year had he not been hurt...if he stays healthy I think we will be good
