I guarantee you at least one team will have 10 wins, which won't be terrible.

The Seahawks are not as good as the Cardinals, even with Arizona taking a step back.

I like 'em both to go in the 7-9 or 8-8 range. I think the Seahawks surprise and the Cardinals disappoint even with their low expectations. The only thing stopping the Seahawks from competing is Hasselbeck, the lame receiving core (even with Tate, I don't like it), and the secondary.

I think the Cardinals could break 9-7..Nothing after that though. I mean they have the "weakest" schedule in the NFL this year.
