But who would the games be against? The schedule structure is great the way it is. It's not like the season gets dull at any point, every season there are teams losing out on the last week. Then there is the talk about injuries. It probably could shorten careers. Unless pro football players are lying and they really don't take the beating during the seasont they say they do. I mean a second bye week would be cool for them...but really I don't see any point to it.
I guess when it does happen, I won't be totally depressed or anything...it's still real football. Just not needed.
Well they have 6 division games. 4 games from the other conference. 4 from another division and 2 based on where you finished the season. Add the 2 to be played based on where you finished the season.
They are already playing the two games in the pre season I don't see the big deal. Instead of 4 games that don't mean anything and cost the fan regular season rice you have 2. If they don't go to 18 game schedule then they need to lift the blackout rule on pre season games and reduce ticket prices by half.

Its just two lousy teams but I guess I'll watch some of it.
