I understand that foods are regional and more popular in those areas but its just recipes people.

Philly has great cheese steaks and they are everywhere there. But here in Virginia I've found Cheese steaks that are just as good.

If you can follow a recipe then you can make the same stuff yourself. If they keep it a secret like Bianca's mom then I guess you are fucked. lol
