Is it usually only tattoo shops that do body piercings? I wanna get the other side of my lip done and a bridge piercing, and my cunt ex did the first side, but she's no longer an option, so professional is the only way to go.

Usually. You might be able to find a place in a mall to do it but I advise against it. Never get a piercing by someone who uses a spring loaded gun.

Just go to a tattoo/piercing place. They are sterile, most of them at least.

Yes there is. You usually have to have a parent present if you're under 18 or they won't touch you.

In Jersey, I think it's 16 with parental consent. I got my belly button done at 14 because my mom said I was 16. Hah. I got my lip done at 21, and now I need to get it redone. Just go to a pro, Erik.

In Illinois they are supposed to ask for your ID. It's law. Under 18 you can go with permission from your mother.
