I'd love to see Amon Amarth again, I'm still kinda sad that I had to skip their last tour because I had no way there. And I'd be a very happy person if Bloodbath would actually do something in the states, but they're little fuckers so yeah lol
Amon Amarth I very highly doubt, they're too light. There was a topic on the forums about Bloodbath playing, apparently they said in an interview they would like to play but just about everyone on the forum said they suck and they're just a rip off band.
You have one wanker from Slowpeth trying to be all "brutal" and get involved with music which he didn't have the balls to write when he first started out. Then you have Swano who sticks his dick into every other band on the planet. Round it out with some doofuses from Katatonia and other wannabe metal soft rock bands and you have a death metal band as interpreted by outsiders. As should be evident, sitting from the outside looking in is never a way to learn something to the fullest. It's the most cliche Swedish DM that's been done dozens of times before by many other bands. MDF has already had a bunch of Swedish classic DM bands. Why not Unleashed or Unanimated?
I don't care if I get flak for this post, screw Bloodbath and screw their pompous attitude thinking there's a "big demand".
