You said almost completely to water. Also the fact that most alcohols has way more calories and shit in it than other drinks. Not trolling.
OK, but one night, and one can of 4Loko, isn't going to make me gain serious weight or make any major changes. In the past week, I've drank 2 sodas total, both diet at that. Everything else has been water.
And I'm used to sweating from Drums, so it doesn't really bother me, plus it's cloudy today, so there was a nice breeze.
I think biking is the only exercise I can truly stick to. I actually had fun. I haven't ridden my bike in years. It was nice just getting out and coasting down the bike path by myself.
Erik, try cutting out pop completely. my sister's ex did that and he lost a TON of fatty weight pretty much no problem. you're also young so I'm sure it'll be easier to get your metabolism in check as well.
I have a badass metabolism, I can eat whatever I want and not gain weight. I've been this same weight for close to 2 years now, and actually slimmed out (From getting taller.) but never did anything about it to actually lose it. I used to be really fat in like 3rd-4th grade lolz.
that basically cancels out the good in it, though do more cardio before you do the weight training cardio is what burns up fat, weight training is just toning up

embrace that as long as you can lol but cutting out pop will all around just make you healthier and feel better not saying that you can't treat yourself now and then though
Yea, that's what I've been doing. Like I said, 2 sodas in the past week, so I'm doing pretty good. I'm sure I'll be able to cut pop out almost completely though after a while. I'm already preferring water just because of how much better I feel daily from staying hydrated.
even better would be something like V8 with the fruit and tea something without empty calories and loads of sugar if you MUST have suger, sweeten things yourself with splenda or something
and once you get tired of water, which you will because its fucking boring, get those crystal light individual powder packets that you can just shake into a bottle of water

The schedule I'm on as of right now that I'm going for, is:
Monday: Bike Tuesday: Weight Wednesday: Bike Thursday: Weight Friday: Bike Saturday: No exercise. Sunday: Bike.
So, the aerobics/cardio outnumber the weight training 4/2, but I still want to get some in weekly. Once I'm slimmer, I'll probably do more weight training.

I would also like to point out how drunk you were acting after that 1 four loco the other night. Something just isn't adding up.
If you get sick of water drink various teas that's what I did when I wasn't drinking sody pop
lemon juice speeds up metabolism
also, kaltein bars burn all your carbs :>
And I have been actually. SunnyD (Juice, but still healthy to drink.), and I also tried Monster's new Lemonade Tea today, which only has 10 calories.
