Yeah man the best advice i can give you is that you have to want it. Its one of the hardest things i have ever done. Its not a “hope i can do it” thing. You either know you can do it and will quit. Or you wont.
the biggest thing here is you cant get down on yourself when you fail. There are always setbacks but you gotta keep trying.
I had one today which I'll count as a win because that's 19 less than I usually have a day. Made me dizzy and naseuos and now the craving for anymore is kind of gone. Thought work would be tough but sitting at home bored was worse lol I stood on my porch for a few mins, looked around, got crabby and yelled "Why the fuck do people who don't smoke go outside" )
