they also write and produce everything in their own studio. They generally work with a guy For the final master but they also are hands on with everything as far as their stage show. You can suck devins nuts all you want i don't care. But you can't sit there and say they are no where as talented as someone you like. Tool have become about as big as you can become in rock music all while doing everything that could possibly do to stay unpopular.
if Devin Townsend doesn't write an album for 10+ years and tries to tour he could probably sell out a 200 seat Venue. Tool does it and sells out giant arenas in under ten seconds. You can't try and take away from what they accomplished just because you would take it in the ass from Devin.
Like using the whole "he rights his own music and own lyrics" argument isn't even relevant here lol. I get it..you have a god complex with Devin. Iv had it with tool before. That doesn't mean he's on another level talent wise than everyone else because that simply isn't true.
Yeah I mean his riffs are crunchy and what but you can't claim just is the best on his field and what not. Justin on the other hand is a beast of the gods.
With tool it's about how they bring all their parts together and IMO what they do is top notch.
Mc what makes you think BB is better than tool? Like your personal preference aside? BB are really just radio rock band. I'm not gonna act like tool is some divine act but they at least play with time signatures and do tons of weird atmospheric shit and stuff with pedals way more than BB. Kill yourself
