I'm mainly blindly shit talking, I don't have a fashion sense lol I've honestly never spent more than $40 on shoes (excluding work boots, I've spent $70-100). I have a decent pair of Nike's I found on sale for $40. Before I bought those I just went with the same $20 Starters from Wal-Mart for years lol I just give absolute 0 about whats on my feet. My cousins go out and spend like $200 on fucking one pair of shoes. I bust my ass for my money, fuck that. I'm saving for a car and a trip to Vegas next year, I can't be dropping that much on fucking shoes.
you should drop tons of acid and sniff loads of ether and forget what youre doing halfway into the trip
I mean, it kinda does. Metal doesn't have the black, denim, and leather rep for no reason
I don't consider myself a "metalhead", so idk. I have several band shirts i'll wear to shows, but other than that, i don't really dress in that way. /shrugs
Cool arent you a special little snow flake
Not really, wasn't pretending to be. I was only indicating that the clothes you wear aren't mutually exclusive with whatever you listen too. But you'll take anything i say and twist it around to make me seem like I'm being pretentious, so yeah.
Doubtful that you are getting paid enough to not sweat $700. But if so, congrats to ya.
Last year my retirement account earned over 6 figures in value, just because of the stocks and funds I owned. My salary is close to 200 large. Even if those weren't the ugliest shoes I've ever seen, no way I'd drop money like that on kicks. Stupid.
You know what's the secret to most millionaires success? Budgeting, and living below their means so they can invest and save their money.
When I turned 21 I opened up a retirement account. Every year since then I've put 8% of my income away. I am still doing that today, but sometimes I wonder why because my investment now makes so much more then I contribute. Well I know why i still do it- my company matches my contribution for the first 6%. So I put in maybe 12k and they match another 10k.
Anyways here's my point- most important thing you can do regardless of your income is save 10% in a retirement account. Just do it. I've preached this on here before but it is something everyone should be doing. And if your company does matching contributions and you aren't taking advantage.... Damn you are so stupid. Pissing away money for gay shit like shoes is retarded unless you are set for life
In other news my wife got a galaxy edge and I've inherited her "old" s5 I actually think I much prefer it over the iPhone Think I'll get an s7 when they come out
I just bought a galaxy S3 to try out my new cell phone plan... So far the plan is excellent. Get this- I get 1800 voice minutes, 1800 text messages, 1800 MB data for FREE. All I have to pay for is roaming and picture messages. I turned off roaming on my s3 so as long as I stay under 1800/1800/1800 I'm paying zero dollars for cell service. It's awesome.
I didnt know know how the coverage was (it uses sprint network) do I didn't want to buy a better phone. When my Verizon plan is up next fall I think I'm all in on this plan and I am seriously considering a s7 or new nexus phone
Last time I spent more than $100 for shoes was when I was in Jr. High and my dad bought them.
Don't know if I've gone over $60 for shoes since I had to pay for them.
Hey! Me too! And I can actually afford nice shoes now too. I typically buy 50-60 dollar shoes from either Amazon or kohls.
These are what I wear most of the time right now. They're comfortable, they go with all my clothes and they're not eyesores. $50 and I've had them for a year now with no scuffs or tears.
You realize that is more then 1.5 GB right? If I use wifi at home and work, then my monthly usage is never over 1GB.
And im paying 0 dollars for this. Get that? FREE, zilch, nadda, nothing. It's literally free cell service that fits my needs.
How much are you paying for your cell service? 70 dollars a month for 2GB? 80 for 3 GB? let me show you some math 12*70=840 dollars. 100*12=1200 dollars. That's literally an extra grand per year that I'm not flushing down the toilet
ill explain this in Erik terms... That's a pair of ugly ass kicks and 2 weeks of lean I'm saving

But since I got both a car and a truck, bitches still fuck with me. Bitches like going places
Moving on.
