Fuck I had such a shitty day. It was definitely my fault, I let the negative thoughts creep in. I just didn't have it in me to be motivated at all. I came home dreading working out, but I did it anyways. Each day iv been trying to push myself a little bit further. Man I feel so much better after. Like I don't feel 100% better, but I feel better, and that's a step in the right direction.
