If you lost a signal to your cable and internet, it shouldn't have taken anything more the a simple phone call to fix it. Now, if it took Comcast a ridiculous amount of time to solve the issue that's one thing. Unfortunately that's every company though.
I hate comcast. It's over priced (for my cable/phone/internet it's about 300 a month) and they don't let anyone know when they're working on anything. So when you're watching something the channel will randomly cube out, freeze, or black out with a message sometimes saying "temporarily unavailable, this channel will be available shortly. Thank you for your patience". And they also do the same with the Internet. It just randomly doesn't work anywhere from a couple hours to days. They can shove a cock up thier ass
We have Cox and Comcast available down here. They'll was time I was considering switching over, but until Comcast gives me a reason too, I won't.
Companies vary from region to region. Never had a problem with Comcast for the past 5 years i've had it. I had TW prior to Comcast buying them out, and liked them as well.
