They took off National Geographic channel and FX! FUCK! FX is the best channel!

now there taking off FOX! Fucking FOX! No more bones, family guy, glee, american dad, fringe....and a bunch more.

Dish network is a piece of shit company.

    Dish was terrible when we had it if it was windy the fuckin thing would go out. I also don't like direct tv it's cheaper at first then they rape in the ass with charges later on. Not to mention they always advertised the most hd channels yeah the channel might be capable to play hd shows but the shows weren't filmed in hd so it's pointless.

    I'll stick with insight it has all the channels I need and doesn't fuck up in a storm.

    I had heard in ohio the last week of baseball for the reds wasn't broadcast because of fox being taken off dish. There were a lot of people who switched services.

    It's easy to convert non HD shows/movies into HD <_>

    All the HD channels on Direct TV look and sound amazing. 1080p and dolby 5.1 not this 720 crap. GO GET DISH NOW AND ENJOY BISH >:O

    There is all of about 3 channels that are full 1080p marc. It pisaed me off they would have havoc or fuel hd channels then maybe one half hour block throughout the entire day was hd. It was a way for them to lead people into believing they had most hd. Our bill tripled after 6 months of having direct tv so we dropped it.

    Dude honestly idk cause there are a shit ton of HD channels and they are all near flawless in picture and sound. All the sports channels are HD most of HBO,Showtime,Starz, and Cinemax is HD. I have not seen an HD channel on here that was poor in looks and sound and such. Maybe you just had bad luck :P

    It wasn't Dish Network who pulled the plug, it was FOX. FOX wanted more money and Dish didn't want to pass the higher costs off to its customers. FOX won't allow Dish customers to continue viewing their programming while negotiations continue. It's greed..it's always greed.
