People will pay anything and it’s going to show. Blame the whales
This. Half finished or not, I think people have proven they’ll buy a broken piece of shit regardless of the price tag. Cyberpunk was broken and unplayable at launch and people still lapped it up. If GTA cost $120 at launch I guarantee it would still sell like hot cakes
Holy shit new Cloak & Dagger skin on Marvel Rivals coming in season 2 is HARD. I’m a Cloak & Dagger main at this point so I been needing a cold alternate skin.
I don't think it's the same, though I said similar things before. Witcher 3 was incredible but it had a pretty rockey start. There were several quests that would break, and NPC's that would just not respond when they were supposed to. It was also shit on PC at first. It got fixed pretty quick though.
Rockstar never done anything like that, and at this point they have played testing the full game for over a year. I suspect it will be a solid launch.
But i also suspect it's one of the most ambitious games ever made, so maybe the launch goes sideways.
Damn. Can get $522 for my 7900 on SellGPU. Jus might do that 9070 swap for real lmao. But only if I can get it at retail cause that $80 to cover the difference ain’t shit but ain’t worth it if I have to pay like $800-$900.
It's just a rumor is think. I don't think anyone from them has said anything about the game.
In all honesty, that's not terrible for a game of ots fully made. 30 years ago when games were 60 dollars they didn't have the budget they have now. No voice actors. No 4k resolution.
When you look at inflation 100 is actually lower than it should be lol.

Yeah I'm hoping for best but Rockstar has made a ton of changes in their corporate structure and employee hours since RDR2 because of people complaining about working conditions
