Jus upgrade GPU at that point lmao or do your micro PC by then but get beefier specs. I seen there’s this water cooled micro PC coming out but it’s like $1,500 cause it has nice specs, it comes wit a 4080 I believe. Could be an option for you, pricier side but nowhere near as bad as a super build but micro like you want and does everything you need and then some. I’ll link it hol up.

$700 for no disc drive or even a stand is insane lmfao. Factor those in and tax and you talking almost a rack, so at that point move to PC. Could STILL build something more powerful and also more capable for about the same price point.
I still MAY strictly because I could easily still get like a cool $300 for my base PS5 on eBay or Mercari and knock that off, but damn that shit is slimy and idk if it’s even worth it to only ultimately use it for Sony’s one exclusive per year lmao. Everything else will be on PC.

Damn bro Square Enix fell the fuck off. Even on a 4090, the PC version of FFXVI doesn’t run at a stable 60 FPS, and the new update straight up bricked the PS5 version at certain spots. Game been out for a year btw.
Bought DRDR because I love nostalgia and the original was one of my favorite games of all time. Bout to finish up Stray and spend all weekend playing the remaster.
The entire games industry is on the verge of collapse. Censorship is at an all time high and people are sick of it. People are sick of the morality preaching and "advisors" - speaking of Anita Sarkeesian announced her return yesterday, so you know new games are going to be just so good 🙄. Square is fucking up daily now. Ubisoft is doing so poorly that their investors are telling the company to go private again. Sony is fucking up. Microsoft lays off mass employees every other week. EA has been shit for years. Capcom makes two bad decisions for every one good decision. There have been more flop stories than successes this year.
Ubisoft and CD Projekt Red both also announced mentorship programs that literally say "no men can apply". So Im sure that will go swimmingly for them.
Nintendo and Valve are the only companies not fucking up that people actually like
