The biggest thing im noticing right now is the noobs on xbox dont know how to track people in the distance. Just always be looking around in all directions. Try to get good spots in the circles. 

Everyone sucks at aiming now too. Yesterday there was a guy shooting at me and i just ran straight at him and shot him with a shot gun lol.
