It looks and runs miles better on the Switch
Its slightly darker. Thats the only graphical difference.
I'd rather not trust a compressed youtube video when its been confirmed that Wii U version will only be 720p while the Switch version will be 900p.
Also some sound design elements will not be present in the Wii U version and loading times are cut in half. Slice it any way you want but the Switch is the definitive way to play BOTW
