It came out a little while later. First two were Red/Green in Japan... Then Red/Blue in the U.S. a few years later, which updated the graphics and made some minor adjustments... Then yellow a few years after that.
Having a good time with AW so far. My girl and I took turns playing it last night and she had a blast and specifically asked if we could play it more when we hang out tonight.
