I don't get it.... How does anybody find this band in the least bit entertaining. There are no stand out qualities the music is bland and their vocalist is mediocre on a really good day. How they have so many fans baffles me. I guess stupid little kids really will buy into anything these days
Not only that, it's an affront to every hard working musician in the world.
Tell me what the fuck makes BMTH not "hard working" they tour 24/7/365 with little to no breaks....yea, they're REAL slackers.

I do deal with it, but when the subject is brought up, I'll drop a few thoughts in on you guys.

First of all, no, they do not tour for every hour of their lives. That's just untrue, and before you tell me you were being "sarcastic" or "exaggerating," it's just useless in conversation. Unless you're trying to satirize or mock your opponent, hyperboles are poor constructs in argument.
I was not saying that they aren't hard working, or are "slackers," I was saying they are an affront to a musician's values. These people write music of little substance, without imagination, or really any extreme sacrifice or known passion. A core value of a musician is to create boundary pushing material, and in turn gain popularity to affect the mainstream while still maintaining artistic integrity. It's rare, but it happens.

I just listened to it the whole way through and they're really trying to jump on this djent trend, not to mention the terribly placed bends all over the place. There's even a 5 second 3 note "guitar solo."
