CLOSE BUT NOT EXACTLY AUTO CAD IS THE VANILLA VERSION THAT AUTODESK MAKES THIS IS LAND DEVELOPMENT DESKTOP WITCH WILL RUN YOU ABOUT 2 TO 3 TIMES AS MUCH AS REGULAR AUTOCAD BUT THEY LOOK ALL MOST IDENTICAL IN UI
I use AutoCAD 2010 that I downloaded for free and my boss let me instal. But that is just a secondary drawing tool. We now use SolidWorks and draw everything in 3D.
TONS FUCKING BETTER THAN AUTOCAD.
Even tho you can also do 3D in AutoCAD.
But if you are a designer,...you better know AutoCAD, cuz everyone has that program.

Yeah I know a lot of it, I'm sure there's way more than I know. I was kinda mad, we spent all year using Mechanical and Architectural Autocad, and then like the last 3 days we started learning 3D. I wanted to spend more time learning the 3D commands.

we had one class the first 1/2 the year doing mechanical autocad....and then everyone who was in that class spent the next 1/2 the year working in 3d...the mechanical autocad was more like our mechanical drawing class just with a cpu instead of our hands....then after the 3d cad class i took architect drawing...that class was awesome
