Second shift guy always being a pain in the ass, doesn’t know how to operate worth a shit, moving shit where it doesn’t go everyday, leaving his responsibilities for me to do everyday while talking shit everyday about how he’s the only one who does shit around here. We started fucking with him back. (Me and first shift guy) Little petty shit that makes him sound crazy when he bitches about it. Over tightening the screws in his equipment stand after mis-aligning each section so it all has to be readjusted every day, but he has to go get tools to do it. Little petty shit. Tangle up the cord wires on the probes he moves every day. More. So much more.
Well he finally broke and complained to the bosses. But I actually didn’t do anything wrong and he kept doing shit that could get him fired (at one point he glued a bottle holder to the desk and ran a bunch of screws through it cuz we kept moving it lol) Bosses came in but they don’t know their ass from a hole in the ground. (My supervisor and environmental manager both quit) so I just yelled at them for an hour. One of them just called as I was typing this as a follow up and he just got it for another hour, told him he sucks as a manager lmao)
His operational fuck up today probably cost the plant 50k in sewer charges for the day. 10k yesterday. None of the new bosses can put 2 and 2 together to figure that out.

Monday morning Pump gasket goes bad literally just a flat piece of rubber Not molded rubber or cut to fit the pumps, we “cut” it out ourselves lay it flat over the pump and bang it with a hammer. Pump edges and bolt holes will cut the rubber. Has to be overnighted Pumps leak for two days running at half capacity sewer charges of $50k a day (usually under $10k a day) $100k so far for a missing piece of rubber Wednesday morning the mechanic comes over to fix it has to wait 30 minutes for pipes to drain so he doesn’t take a sewer shower fuck it I’ll do it Monday Wed Thurs Friday go by, leak keeps getting worse 5 days at $50k a day We also work this Saturday.
GF went to take her first bath in the house last night, and apparently the overfill gasket was worn out af because it just poured into the wall and into our food panty.
Luckily i found it like right as it started happening so damage was minimal. Just replaced the oring or whatever its called. Hopefully that does the trick.
Learning all sorts of new stuff owning a house lmao
Oi jobe how do I go about becoming a poopmaster like yourself
Degree or on the job training to get certified for your state. All jokes aside it’s really not a bad gig (results may vary from plant to plant) Most city plants have good pay and benefits. Industrial sites are more along the lines of food plants or paper mills. Also metal plating places, but those are usually lower pay and sketchy af. Most of the places have a fairly laid back pace with an easy workload. Push a few buttons, monitor the process, run a few lab tests, maybe change out a chemical tote or two and call it a day. Smaller places will have you doing more random shit, like cutting grass or blowing snow, touch up painting etc. Also, it’s usually gray water being treated. As far as actual contact with human shit, it’s probably less than a fast food employee has to deal with. The collection side of things pretty automatic these days.
I can confirm as I am him, I got zucced. Needed to be able to do some things so I created a new one. Each time you get hit by their algorithm punishment is longer so I’m also planning ahead

I've already been notified of 2 pics of mine from years ago getting deleted, so I'm just counting down till I get hit with a ban.
