I was actually kinda surprised at how mellow and direct he was, didn't come off as metal-nerdy as i would've thought. Had a cool discussion with him and JR Hayes about the industry/metal blade records. Although apparently Axl never actually goes to shows and hangs out/is definitely more standoff-ish.
