I might join them. I just sent their drummer a message asking if I can get some tabs, or somethings so I can see if I can play their stuff.
I dont typically like joining bands and learning other people's music. I like to be part of the process of writing and finding our sound. But I've been in a massive creative slump, and none of the bands I ever work with every do anything long term, and Im beyond depressed at this point. So I just said "fuck it".
all bodies is one of their best songs, and so is medicine wheel. selkies, the primer, and backwards marathon are all great too. that was the first tour I saw btbam.

jealous! I'd love to seen them in 2005. a set of Alaska and Silent Circus would be ^:)^
Colors is good, but it veers off into prog Dream Theater-ish stuff along with some heavy dashes of Mr Bungle lunacy. I think it kinda gets overrated because most of their fans aren't familiar with that stuff. Alaska was the last one I felt like was their own voice before they started trying to impress snobs
it was 2006 at ozzfest. they only played 2 or 3 songs or something but I know they played the primer. but what really got me interested in them was their ozzfest summer sampler which had all bodies.
