i know that but its not listed opiate or opium or herion on the court Dokket its lists as Scheduled II and as substance Hydrocodone...

but most likely if its a low amount of pills the Feds wont pick it up and itd be State charges.

Why do you keep bringing up the feds? He's got 12 fucking pills that are prescribed to him. He's not gonna do any jail unless he sells em to a snitch. Even with 12, he's not gonna do any time in a federal prison.
