All snakes pretty much are a lazy man's pet unless you get somethin massive like a Burm or Retic or an arboreal snake like a Green Tree Python.
Their care pretty much consists of clean up when they shit/piss, and obviously the shits are only every 1-2 weeks, turn their lights on/off, keep their heat and humidity right, and then the weekly/biweekly feeding. Other than that they don't need any attention at all. They don't need to be held, they don't need bonding time or to be out of the cage, etc. since they're completely animals of instinct. I took mine out all the time cause I liked to and as big as she was she would just chill hangin on my neck so it was easy, but even that ain't necessary.
