this one got added to the collection last night. At face because I bought it before it sold out.

Since tool is a huge band I'm guessing they probably have the event posters taken care of themselves but most bands hire local artists to make the posters. The artists then usually keep a certain amount of the prints and sell them on their website or give them away to friends.
