I have a final today... completely comprehensive which sucks. The scary part is if he puts any question on the final that has to do with soft decision Low Density Parity codes then I am totally fucked. The statistics involved in such encode/decode is absurd and makes my head spin trying to come to terms with it. If he sticks with hard decision LDPC then I should be golden.
