I just have to vent for a second.
I can't stand the tactlessness of some people. Tomorrow is the 9th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, and my Dad was a survivor of the south tower. He is still heavily psychologically effected by it today. My mom and my aunt just had a long conversation about what happened, chances, etc about how grateful they are that he survived and the whole time my Dad is visibly disturbed. He clearly had no desire to talk about his experience because he's still not over it. I don't care how many drinks you've had, who you're with, or what you're doing, but you should not graphically describe the attack to a person still psychologically dealing with the event. I was fuming just a few minutes ago, and I'm still absolutely furious. My Dad deserves better than that. While I'm at it, I'd like to say anyone who has the mentality of "My cousin twice removed was in New York at the time, so I'm more affected by it than you are." can go fuck themselves. I can't stand people like you, and you are a detriment to the world. I understand you're trying to be empathetic, but trying to say you're affected vicariously is fucking offensive.
So Stone Sour totally played "Get Inside" last night, was pretty excited to hear it cause I know they haven't been playing it much during the Uproar Fest.
I just got back to campus a few hours ago and I was wearing my free Rutgers Football t-shirt...and I just went into the dining hall and nearly everyone is wearing this shirt. Hah. I guess we have a game today. Sea of Red here today.

plus i havent heard one legitament reason for it being ok to be gay so you come up with something else than "oh if two people love each other they should be treated the same as every one else"
call me fucking ignorant
It's okay because they love each other. You haven't given me a reason why it's wrong. There's no reason why it's wrong, and it's okay because these people love eachother and can still be successful parents, therefore allowing them to serve the same so called "purpose" as heterosexual parents. I think it's more necessary for you to justify your position of bigotry than it is for me to defend my position of acceptance.
