It depends on the show. For nationally booked tours? Sure. But we never post set times for local or small/DIY touring bands.

It may depend on the area, but local shows in FL have gone way down hill compared to 5/6 years ago. They'll give a start time, obviously, and an estimate of when the last band should be finished by. They won't publicly post set times so people will show up early for the openers, rather than show up at X time for band A only.
