Yeah, definitely can't help you because I'd take the opposite stance.
Hmm...the only thing I could think of is maybe touching on examples that media has already put out, like the movie Equilibrium. I can't think of many movies/books that show happy drugs in a positive light though.
you actually did help i added a paragrpah exlaining that if this drug were being forced upon people and made to combat emotions in general, that would be another story
