Wish I never quit my job. Don't get me wrong it was nice telling my boss to get fucked and standing up to the bullshit but I wish I woulda bit the bullet til I got a new job. Being broke don't fit me. And now every thing music related is put on hold. Fuck.
Boss is a piece of shit and I got tired of his games. The final straw was when he, after being on it full time for 9 months, randomly decided to switch me from 3rd shift to starting at 5 am on 1st. When I asked why he did so, he told me that we weren't gonna be 24 hours anymore and that the donuts were gonna be delivered to the store instead of made fresh so there was no need for both the baker and me overnight, and the baker's been there 2 years and has been 3rd shift from the go. So as much as that sucked, I accepted it because I understand seniority in the work place. Come to find out that he straight up lied to me and we're still 24 hours, only truth was that the donuts are in fact shipped now so there's only 1 person needed overnight, and that seniority still stands. I understand that. But then when I confronted him bout his bullshit, he changed his story and said he put me on 1st because this other bitch quit and he temporarily needed people on 1st til he hired someone else. Only problem there is that he put up the schedule that had me on 1st 4 days before she quit. So again I called his bluff and then he tried to flip it on me talmbout "It's punishment for you shutting off the lights in the drive thru." Which I only did 1 time, 3 months prior, because it was a Saturday night, the busiest night, and it was 1 am when I was already running behind, and I was still getting nonstop fucking customers. You're gonna "punish me" 3 months later? Right. The whole situation reeked of bullshit and I wanted to do him before he had the chance to do me. Fuck a lying ass boss.

I'll bet you the neck tat is probably 99% of his real reason but didn't want to say that. When you work in a service industry they like people to conform.
