This is when it really pisses me off that the general public knows memes. I mean fucking seriously?
I'd love to submit something to a news station and have them be like "you see these cartoons all over the internet. They're on children's clothes and notebooks now. But where did they come from? An anonymous source pointed us to the site which created them, an online messageboard called '4chan'. While seemingly harmless on the outside, once you enter the "random" or "/b/" area, you find 14 pages full of racism, violence, child pornography, and drug use, and that's just the tip of the iceberg...."
TUPAC IS DEAD/THE LEGEND IS GONE/THEY SAYIN TUPAC'S BACK?/DEM NIGGAS WRONG
After 8 months of investigating, the murder of a 22-year-old man has been solved in Clearwater. According to officials, a 16-year-old killed Jason Paul, 22, as he rode his bike home from work in January on Glenwood Avenue South along Crest Lake Park. He was just yards away from his house.
Paul was found lying in the middle of the street. Police say he was stabbed multiple times.
The most disturbing part of the case, the police chief said is that the suspect told them he randomly chose to kill someone.
“It wasn’t robbery and it wasn’t drugs,” said Chief Anthony Holloway of the Clearwater Police Department. “This is just someone to happen to cross his path and he decided to kill him.”
Now Jason’s mother, in her first sit down interview, said she feels relief but a lot of anger especially when she learned the motive.
Renee Paul Langfritz, Jason’s mother, wonders how someone could take her son’s life because the suspect was allegedly angry at his own mother and wanted to kill the first person he saw.
"It was my worst fear,” said Langfritz. “That no one would pay for what they did and we would never have answers. That's what I was most worried about. Now we get to deal with a whole new group of emotions because now we find out he was killed for nothing because somebody felt like they just wanted to do it. That's a lot to swallow."
Recalling her son’s death is still very tough. His mom says she can feel his spirit but it will never take the place of seeing his smiling face.
"I'm no longer a mom because I lost my son, my only child,” said Langfritz. “I'll never be a grandmother. I lost one of my best friends because I loved hanging out with him. Because that guy had nothing better to do."
Since that January day, Jason’s entire family has made it their mission to find his killer and bring that person to justice.
"I promised Jason the day this happened that I would not rest until somebody was found,” Langfritz said. “And now, he's been found. Now I won't rest until he's convicted."
Langfritz said it will be very difficult to sit through the court proceedings.
People who for some fucking reason can't cancel plans properly

Yes. If you're asking if plans were cancelled over lack of marijuana, the answer is yes. #noshame

the guy was running down the list and it was stuff like "elisted in us army?" "on food stamps?" "filed for shelter?" and such. Im exploring the rest of the possibilities for filing this week as well, but my bank is registered as ASU's official sponsor, and the girl who does all of my account info with them is now the head of the on campus division, so it won't be too painful. Id like to avoid the undoubtedly higher interest rate, but anything to escape home life.
That's shit. I think it is bullshit that financial aid has rules like that. There should be a box for "My parents don't give a shit about me and im on my own so fuck off dicks".
its fucking idiotic. all about getting their money in the most convenient way possible for THEM. but whatever. I applied for a loan through my other bank today and they said it would take a few weeks to approve me, so here's to that.
Anything with money sucks unless you personally have a shit load of it.
Like college. "Oh you're household brings in 100K? Obviously you don't need any money because none of that money goes towards anything like eating or paying bills, it just goes towards your education."
