I want to continue being in the radio class and take the DJ training course but each class is three units. I don't have six units to spare on non core and/or GEs. I just realized I could've swung the DJ class this semester but I decided not to to keep me some time. :-<

But they don't really benefit me. SJSU is getting a unit cap, and I'm about to change majors and add a minor, so I need to use what I get to benefit my major/minor.

Not that I can't, but I cap at sixteen, so after I choose my major, minor and GE Courses, I don't know if I'll have enough space for those six units

Definitely. I think you can sign some sort of petition that allows you up to 18, so I'll see what I can do for next semester.

For us, you're allowed up to 18 without permission. More than 18, you have to get a permission number to override the system. A lot of crazy people take 21 credits.
