Been trying so hard to dunk. I'm at least touching the middle of the net on every jump now, but still not getting to the rim. Been developing a pretty nasty lay-up 'cause of it at least, and becoming a better shooter, hitting turnaround jumpers, faders, hooks, etc., but can't dunk yet.
I mean, that's the thing, I'm actually strength training now, not just hypertrophy work for size. I'm squatting 205 now, and can jump wit a 135 barbell on my back, my vertical should be WAY better than it is.
im pretty sure i can dunk on a 9 foot basket but i can't even touch the rim on a 10 foot. if you do the math: im 6 foot tall my arm extends like 20 inches above my head 6ft + 1'8" = 7'8" i would only need to jump 2'2" to touch the rim i got no hops

if you do the math:
im 6 foot tall

6ft + 1'8" = 7'8"
i would only need to jump 2'2" to touch the rim
i got no hops
