that fucking pisses me off. I fucking hate kids these days.
>implying the majoirty childern haven't always been little shits with no respect and that this is a relatively new phenomenon

No...they haven't. All the kids I grew up with didn't act like little disrepectful shits except 2. They were friends and literally acted like Beavis and Butthead all the time...the one who acted like Beavis died a few years ago. Times have changed whether you want to acknowledge it or not. The place I've lived in WV never had problems with kids/teens before. Now all I hear is teens breaking into cars and houses...and most recently it's been happening around my house. There's even a certain house now where these dumbass parents teens think they own everything on the hill...spray painting their cars on other peoples property getting paint everywhere, parking in front of peoples driveways, double parking which is making it hard to get through the narrow road. Shit's changed dude
They haven't. The only reason we're "seeing" more of it is because it's easier to capture footage of these kinds of things.
"if those children are bothering you, just don't play with them" was all the teachers would do for me whenever I reported being treated like that in school. until I started fighting back. my weapons of choice were sharpened pencils and my fists. then I was the one with "behavioral problems"
Because there are more ways to do it, so more people join in. You're lying to yourself if you think kids haven't always been terrible.
have you seen the way media and entertainment has changed? there is no way you can tell me that all the bullshit kids are fed these days isn't making them more hostile and less sensitive. get your head out of your ass.
Okay, I can agree with that. But, it still isn't like the way media and enternainment have been portraying "how you should be" or things like that hasn't already been really negative and demeaning. Either way, my main point is children have always been terrible. Things like what is portrayed in the video have been happening for a while though. It's not like this is the first time some middle schools kids made some facutly cry. Does make it any less worse? No. But it's not just something that is showing up with the kids who were born in the 21st century.

parents are not allowed to discipline their children the way most of our parents were able to when we were growing up. parents now have to be scared of protective services and shit like that. things have changed A LOT since we were growing up. there is zero doubt about that.
This makes it sound like kids entering foster homes or being taken from their parents has risen 500% and is this is the result.
C'mon. It's just part of getting older, everyone. All the kids seem like damned assholes now.
Kids are different, but that doesn't mean they're more prone to behavior like this or behavior is more frequent.

Same amount of malcontents, a higher degree of visibility and awareness.
