i heard he wants to now put expiration dates on all gift cards. fuckin' cocksucker. i have no fuckin' clue how that guy got elected.
Of all the issues that you could have brought up, you choose that? #-o
because nola brought up how christie is a bad governer so i naturally assumed that he was already famaliar with some of his work lol. therefore i mentioned the newest (or at least new to me) lame idea that i've heard and i figured i would share it just in case nola or anyone hasn't heard that yet. i dont know if it's true or not, thats just what i heard.

I can safely and honestly tell you that he would have gotten himself in these kinds of predicaments regardless of how "dog-safe" we try to make it. He's gotten very weak over the years, and has a lot of trouble getting up on his own.
Again, I understand why you feel the way you do about this, but your assertions are based on only 2 posts I've made. I could have gone into greater detail, but figured that my post was already reaching "tldr" length. It's not anyone's fault including the dog's, it's just what happens when you have old animals as I'm sure you're well aware of.
I'm glad that you make point that people do their best to care for their animals, as I'm someone who puts a lot of importance in it as well, but this issue can't simply be cured by saying "well your stupid sister's friend needs to be organized" or "just make it dog-safe". I'm not attacking you here, but I don't appreciate being talked down to like I don't understand the importance of animal/pet safety. To be the most outspoken person about it doesn't necessarily make one the only knowledgeable person on the issue.
i wasnt talking down to you, i was talking down to your sisters disorganized and sloppy friend maybe we see our pets differently, but when someone steps into my house they know not to get in my animals way theyre quiet so my chinchilla doesnt get scared and they dont approach my dog on her left side because she cant see out of that eye etc. its about respect for me but like i said, maybe we see our pets differently

She moved in yesterday, and has a lot of stuff that we will be moving to a storage building, that's why there are so many things in the front room. Honestly, she's quite organized, but again this is something I didn't feel was necessary to go over in my first post. To call her "sloppy" is a bit much, knowing that the only information that was given was in the form of a few posts on a forum. In fact we even welcomed in her very healthy 15yo cat, he's also an absolute sweetheart and she's taken great care of him as her step-mom didn't care to bother with him.
"its about respect for me"
I don't really know how to approach this statement. I hold our pets to a very high regard, and can be a little over-protective at times. I inform friends not to sit in the older dog's "spot", I tell them not to pick up our cats when it seems that they're uncomfortable, etc. Again, I may not be vocal about it on here or FB, but that doesn't mean that I don't care as much.
I do apologize for the lengthy responses, but I can't stand even the slightest notion that I may not respect my pets as much, or that I could have done more to help them. At the same time though, I love seeing others that feel the same way and I don't want seen as being too harsh towards someone that genuinely cares about their animals. By all means, and I really do mean this, let people know that they're mistreating their pets, but it's just not the case here.

lol you took those statements out of context. the first statement was directed at ALL of the things he has done wrong and the second is referring to the gift card thing.

if its true, my guess would be because he wants people to stop buying them because there's no sales tax on them so the government doesn't make any money on them.
