As for the BEFOREHAND meetup, we all just meet in the parking lot across the DTE like last year in that office building area or whatever it is. If not, we all just meet up in line later on anyway.

I slept in until about 8 pm yesterday so I'm not sleeping tonight. I'll be there around noon tomorrow, maybe earlier since the parking lot opens at 11.
