They had no right to put their hands on the cop. Also if the cop gets sued he can make this go away very quickly with one statement. " I though she was going for my gun" watching the video you could easily say that to be true because hands keep going in that area.

If it's the truth, then go for it, but he shouldn't be lying to save his own ass. If you aren't familiar with the case, there was a shooting on BART here about 5 or 6 months ago, where a cop shot an unarmed and handcuffed man. His defense is that he thought it was his taser, and it's complete bullshit.
If the bitch and her bitch friend didn't act so stupidly over a simple matter, this shit would not have happend. Fighting an officer and resisting arrest..extremely stupid. Just take the damn ticket and move on with your life.
