Martyrs (Very disturbing!)

The Fourth Kind (Haven't seen it yet, but if you believe in those kinda things (aliens/abductions) I hear it leaves you thinking and disturbed)

Three Extremes

Imprint (Was actually an inclusion to the Masters of Horror series on Shotime)

Them (I think The Strangers was basicly a remake of this..that's what I've heard at least)

Rec (Quarantine is the english version of this movie..but I hear this version is much more scary)

Mulberry Street (Included in the Horrorfest..I forget what year though)

I have had The Fourth Kind here from Netflix for a few months. I haven't got around to watching it though. I'm really looking forward to the movie though because I do believe in that stuff.
