fuck the World Cup needs to update their rules. I'm assuming soccer doesn't stop the clock during play because originally they didn't have the tech to stop the clock. Why guess extra time when you can just stop the clock

Fuck stopping the clock. If they started doing that, cable companies would start adding commercials to broadcasts. I'm good without 2 minutes of ads every 10 minues. Extra time is like 2-5 minutes its not a big deal. If extra time was like 20-25 minutes then yeah they should just stop the clock.
Overtime also wouldnt make any sense. Goal Differential is the first tiebreaker so teams going into overtime would get an unfair opportunity to up their numbers.
