Forgot I originally came in here to say I'm heading out Colorado way this summer for Red Rocks. Portugal. The Man is headling with Local Natives and Car Seat Headrest AND they're playing a 500 capacity bar the night before.
I might be moving away from Denver for a little while but if i'm still here when you're in town lets grab a beer
For sure man. Airbnb is killing me in Colorado. I've never used it before so looking in Colorado is a hilarious first experience. "No tobacco smoking in the house. Pot is cool and we'll happily partake as long as it doesn't turn into a Cheech and Chong movie"
How does Red Rocks work? Is it really all GA minus the outside seats? Like are you basically stuck camping all day? Because from what I've read one kind of got that impression.
Its possible to do assigned seating at Red Rocks but 99% of the shows are GA. If you're with someone people are chill with saving seats but going solo yeah you basically have to camp
finna immediately grab a beer and a booth seat overlooking the stage for the mayhem/inquisition show tomorrow night. feelin weak from this cold and dont wanna be "that guy" who socializes despite being sick. wouldnt be going if they werent doing all of de mysteriis dom sathanas.
apparently mayhem are only performing the album tonight and nothing else, so its gonna be a ~45 min set... even though that definitely would give them time to do all of deathcrush right after...
Man I wish I lived in a market that got gojira and clutch shows. No fucking doubt id be there. Fuck only one of my three shows lined up now are in iowa.
