What I always do is I just go to wikipedia/google and copy a picture of the artwork and paste into iTunes. I don't have an account and I'm not wasting my time getting one.

I have an account but I'm never logged in. Copy/Paste doesn't take long though. I do rage everytime I click get art and it says "can't find" because then I wasted 2 seconds I could have used.
