My first time watching the first full hour of TNA since it's coming on an hour earlier tonight.
Not too bad I guess, but could have done without Hogan and Flair to start it off, I was done watching WCW like 10 years ago. Can't wait till RAW starts tonight.
im pretty sure Christian's gonna end up getting drafted to Smackdown which is the best move. Edge and Christian are due for a damn rivalry eventuallu. Plus Jericho and Christian have a storied pass so it would make the most sense to get all of these guys on the same show. Dibiase is gonna be one of the top dogs now. It's time to start building these young guys to head the company for the next decade.
gotta give to Swagger. He carried himself well tonight, and looked damn good in the ring against Orton. Defiantly expect Orton to get the belt soon though,
he's got potential. He got the in ring talent down. He just needs to work on the charisma aspect of himself. They gave the million dollar belt, so im curious to see if he follows in pops footsteps and does the same "im better then you" gimmick. I can see it working.
The fact is, these will be the top dogs of the WWE in the next decade:
Swagger, Dibiase, Miz, Morrison, Edge, Punk, Cena, Danielson, Orton, Christian, Sheamus, Otunga (tonight made it obvious he's getting pushed), Kingston, and McIntyre. Notice a lot of big names aren't on that list. Things are defiantly gonna be different.
I also laughed too that JB actually said 'now Daffney, if you don't go to the ring right now and perform a striptease, you will be fired right on the spot"
Dude I'm fucking stoked, I just read from the wrestling guy in the paper that TNA is going to bring in an ECW stable. They already have RVD, Rhino, Team 3D, Raven, Stevie Richards, and Taz and Tommy Dreamer is on the way. WE NEED HEYMAN TO SAVE US!!!!
Too bad he would never work under Bitchoff, unless he did something like going against him in the storyline but idk. I remember TNA did a ECW stable before with Mike Awesome, Justin Credible, New Jack and a few others in like 2003.
