After receiving many emails questioning Randy Orton's WWE suspension history, I thought I'd post the following to help clarify any confusion.
While Randy Orton has been suspended by WWE three times, (which includes his current suspension) he has only violated the Wellness Policy twice in his career. One of his suspensions was NOT due to a Wellness Policy violation, so his current violation is only his second strike, which does NOT result in termination from the company.

TNA President Dixie Carter noted on Twitter that current WWE Intercontinental Champion Christian will be making a TNA appearance this weekend.
While it hasn't been confirmed, this is likely the trade off that WWE made in exchange for Ric Flair appearing at the Hall of Fame ceremony and WrestleMania this year.
