I'm kinda late but America is always complaining of all the drugs we bring to your country, but what you guys don't get is that you are our main consumers.
Hey genius I haven't been in the other thread for a long time because of all the stupidity shown. Now I'm frustrated with you not adding anything to this conversation either so I'm going to look at Internet boobies and relax.

"So bands are gonna deprive their fans of their live music because a governor who wasn't even elected decided to pass a law? Talk about a back ass way of protesting something...and yeah Rage was gonna tour soon anyways...."
Show her in her election year. I want a fucking landslide in a democratic victory. If you believe in the Constitution, you should too.
Anyone who doesn't want this to branch out into something worse, which I'm almost certain it will won't agree with it. This country has been taking rights away left and right and most people don't even know it. I get that what people see here is a way to deport illegal immigrants and that's fine. The problem is, I'm sure there are other races of illegal immigrants in this country but we're focusing on a certain skin color. They "say" that they'll train the pigs to steer away from racial profiling but this is exactly what it's going to lead to. Now, I'm sure that this has been happening anyway but now it's deemed legal.
And since this country has the reputation of "following the leader" everywhere else will do it too. Racial profiling legal everywhere which I'm not ok with. I don't care if you're blue, black, green, purple, w/e. I don't think racial profiling is ok anywhere and this is going to cause that whether some people here think otherwise or not. Because there's quite a few cops out there that don't give a shit and are assholes. They'll harass the fuck out of you. Now, this is all my opinion so no one get fucking asshurt by it.

No, racial profiling is not deemed legal. That's ridiculous. Read the law. Racial profiling is specifically prohibited in the law and there are serious consequences, for any officer who does, laid out in the law. There is not a single line in the law that mentions any specific race or ethnic group. Also, a police officer doesn't necessarily need reasonable suspicion to question a person's immigration status, according to this Supreme Court case:
"Facts of the Case: Police detained Mena and others in handcuffs while they searched the house they occupied. During the detention they asked Mena about her immigration status. The police had a search warrant to search the premises for deadly weapons and evidence of gang membership. Mena sued the officers in federal district court for violating her Fourth Amendment right to be free from unreasonable seizure. The district court ruled for Mena. The Ninth Circuit affirmed, holding that using handcuffs to detain Mena during the search violated the Fourth Amendment and that the officers' questioning of Mena about her immigration status also violated the Fourth Amendment.
Question: (1) Did police violate the Fourth Amendment right to be free from unreasonable seizure by detaining Mena in handcuffs for 2-3 they executed a search warrant for contraband on the premises she occupied? (2) Did police violate the Fourth Amendment by questioning Mena about her immigration status during the detention?
Conclusion: No and no. In a 9-0 judgment delivered by Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist, the Court held that Mena's detention did not violate the Fourth Amendment. Officers with a search warrant for contraband had authority to detain occupants of the premisses during the search, in order to minimize any risk to officers. Handcuffing Mena while police searched for weapons and a wanted gang member was also justified by officer safety concerns and because officers had to deal with detaining multiple occupants. The Court further held that the officers' questioning of Mena about her immigration status during her detention did not violate the Fourth Amendment. The officers did not need to have reasonable suspicion to question Mena. Moreover, the Court had held repeatedly that mere police questioning did not constitute a seizure."

So you think, in order to support SB1070, you have to be white? Then why is it that there are many people from all walks of life who support it?
Arizona will never vote landslide Democrat...

We are talking Arizona, pretty sure the vast majority are going to be Mexican and are the biggest problem for that state.
I believe in carding everyone not just a certain race. I will gladly show any cop I need to my ID because I know I have done nothing wrong.
I hope there are few people that are willing to do this.
Arizona Firefighters must confirm residential legality of every person they save.
