im admittedly kind of an elitist of sorts when it comes to star wars, and having said that, Im still not thrilled that these films are happening. I mean Im fucking over the moon happy that I get to see more star wars, but its such a precious thing to me that when I heard the announcement of lucas selling it to disney, who were making more films... it felt like someone playing a dangerous jenga move. still does.

I was the same way a few years ago when Disney bought Marvel. I was scared that Marvel would suffer on all fronts (movies, comics, games) but its been business as usual.
The only thing that bugs me (correct me if I'm wrong) is that George Lucas isn't involved in the proccess at all. But then again considering how subpar the new trilogy was maybe thats a good thing :-?
