The Ledger fanboy thing is so overplayed. He was a good joker, but come on.
The funny thing is everyone was shitting on the idea of him as the Joker. Saying the movie was going to be crap and the worst decision ever. Movie comes out and everyone is riding that dick hardcore. Thought it was hilarious.

The thing that made his Joker so impressive for me was how outside of himself he went. I knew Heath Ledger from The Patriot and A Knight's Tale, 2 of my favorite movies as a little kid. When I saw the trailer for The Dark Knight for the first time, I didn't know Ledger was in it. I didn't even recognize him. It wasn't until much later I found out he was in the movie, and that he was the goddamned Joker. I was legitimately in shock.

Youre fucking stupid. It could only be called a prequel if the dark knight was made first
