Would be a stupid move to start it tonight. Why is the MLB going to play at the same time MNF is playing? NFL is the most popular sport in the U.S. right now and Cowboys/Giants games always draw big ratings. Would be better if it started tomorrow.

its would be better for the players if they started tonight...i still say the tigers would have won in 06 had they not had to sit for 8 days b4 they played

Yes. It was the NFL's lowest MNF rating and it still blew out the MLB. Rex, 8 days of rest does not affect them from losing the WS that's stupid.
